Last updated 31 August 2026. This is the whole of it — the same words your child's consent screen shows, with the payment part added.

What we keep

A nickname, a rough age, the school year, curriculum and subjects you choose, what your child answers during lessons, and short notes on what they found easy or hard.

What we never ask for

Their real name, birthday, school, address, photo or voice. The tutor is never told your child's name. There is no way to give us any of it, because there is nowhere to type it.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it, so a lesson can be picked up weeks later. Deleting a child, or the account, removes it immediately and for good.

Your say

You can read everything we hold from the child's own screen, and delete a child or the whole account whenever you like. If you would rather ask a person, write to [SUPPORT EMAIL].

Who else sees any of it

As little as it is possible to manage.

Nobody is sold anything, and there is no advertising here at all.

Where it lives

On servers in [REGION], run by Railway, with Cloudflare in front of them. The people named above process it on our instructions.

Who to ask

[LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is the data controller, at [REGISTERED ADDRESS]. Write to [SUPPORT EMAIL]. If we cannot put something right, you can complain to the [SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY, e.g. the ICO].
